Great Professional Development and Networking Opportunity For Students

Students and Educators can attend the 2012 MLGMA Winter Conference in East Lansing for free on Wednesday, February 1st. Lunch is provided but registration is required. 

In addition to the professional development and networking opportunities on the agenda that day, there will also be a Student Session that will explain what local government managers do and provide tips on getting into the profession. 

Students who are interested should contact their professors and let them know you would like to attend. At previous conferences universities have brought groups of public administration students to the conference to take advantage of this great learning opportunity.
